Second release from Janson's Los Alpes farm this year - and it's a beautiful contrast to the washed Janson currently on offer which showcased the pristine, delicate side of their exceptional farm.
This counterpart is a much wilder natural Geisha that leans into bold, tropical flavors. It underwent 48 hours of semi-anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks before natural drying, a meticulous process that reveals layers of purple grape, ripe guava, and watermelon. The result is vibrant and fruit-forward compared to the washed expression, yet still carries the elegant clarity that defines Janson's craft.
