Las Brujas is one of several parcels that make up the Kotowa estate in Boquete, run by father-daughter team Ricardo and Victoria Koyner. The family has been growing coffee here since 1913, when Canadian immigrant Alexander Duncan Macintyre arrived in Panama's highlands and named his first farm "Kotowa" the indigenous word for mountains. Four generations later, the Koyners continue experimenting across multiple sites in Boquete, each offering distinct expressions shaped by elevation and microclimate.
This honey-processed Geisha from Las Brujas shows exactly why Panamanian Geisha became the global benchmark. It develops a gentle sweetness that frames the varietal's delicate floral character beautifully. In the brew you will find notes of white peach and mango unfold with honeyed viscosity, while jasmine threads through from start to finish.
