What makes this release very special is that coffee from Galo Morales was one of the first that made me fall in love with lightly roasted filter coffee many years ago. 

Meticulously harvested at peak ripeness and processed through a precise 72-hour fermentation and 18-25 day drying method, this lot delivers a delicate flavor profile with distinctive sparkling acidity and a silky smooth aftertaste with notes of chamomile, maple syrup, and lemon iced tea as it cools.
